Max model size:
250×250×325 mm

The maximum dimensions of the model are determined by the size of the camera of a printer that is used for printing.

Make sure that your model fits the specified dimensions. You can reduce the overall size of the model by scaling it, removing protruding parts or making a collapsible model.

Min model size:
3×3×3 mm

The minimum dimensions of the model are determined by printing quality of a printer.

Make sure that your model fits the specified dimensions. You can increase the overall size of the model by changing the scale, combining or increasing the fragements or try to use material with a lower minimum size.

Min wall thickness

Thin walls are often broken when cleaning the product of excess powder. For successful printing of your model, make sure that the wall is thicker than the minimum requirement.

Printing technology

Models are made from metal well-granulated powder. The technology of Direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) is used for printing. The layer thickness is 20-100 microns. Printing is carried out as follows: the fine metal powder is spread thinly on a platform which lowers vertically. Printing of the product is produced by laser melting the powder layer by layer, thus forming a finished object. The procedure takes place in a closed chamber. As the printing process is finished the model cools down, cleaned of excess material and is transmitted to the post-processing.
