Guide for designer

Max model size:
100×60×200 mm

The maximum dimensions of the model are determined by the size of the camera of a printer that is used for printing.

Make sure that your model fits the specified dimensions. You can reduce the overall size of the model by scaling it, removing protruding parts or making a collapsible model.

Min model size:
5×5×5 mm

The minimum dimensions of the model are determined by printing quality of a printer.

Make sure that your model fits the specified dimensions. You can increase the overall size of the model by changing the scale, combining or increasing the fragements or try to use material with a lower minimum size.

Min wall thickness
0,5 mm
Min supported wires
0,5 mm
Min unsupported wall thickness
0,5 mm
Min embossed detail
0,3 mm
Min escape holes
1 mm
Min clearance
0,5 mm

If the model contains several functional parts, it is necessary to provide sufficient distance between them, otherwise, in the process of printing parts will be merged.

Material properties

  • 1. Low strength
  • 2. Melting point 250°C
  • 3. Good workability
  • 4. Low thermostability

Printing technology

Yellow photopolymer objects are created using patented technology DLP – Digital Light Processing. Digital Light Processing is a process where a projector is used to cure photopolymer resin. In comparison to SLA where a UV laser cures the photopolymer resin by gradually going the length of the layer, a safelight LED in DLP forms the whole layer at once. The minimum thickness of the layer is about 35 microns.

Additional information

  • 1. Suitable for the manufacture of wax models and further casting of metal products, such as jewelry.
  • 2. We recommend to use transparent photopolymer for printing small, highly detailed objects for which the strength and heat resistance is not an essential requirement.
